I struggle with focus at the best of times, a big juicy tangent will dangle itself in front of me, knowing full well a rush of urgency will hit because I fear forgetting the valuable idea. My friends get me to set reminders to try to keep me on topic, as do the inner circle of business colleagues. When it comes to knowing your business, there are a ton of tempting business ideas that may even be profitable that make no sense.
Effective Business Expansion requires knowing your core strengths, and leveraging them for profit. Over stretching leads to cracks.
