- 1992-Present: Principal Consultant, RAD International. Facilitated over 1000 sessions to help companies and individuals from a wide range of business sectors to get outstanding results.
- 1984-1992: research & development, marketing, sales and new product development roles within multinational pharmaceutical and consumer product companies.
